About Serge

Serge was fantastic from the very beginning getting our home market ready, exploring sales alternatives, and gathering good feedback for both sales to investors and traditional listing. Serge also held our hand through the process of buying our new home. I hope we are here a long time but if we do sell I will be using him again. To sell our house and to find a new one.

Serge went above and beyond every step of the way. He helped us so much! We were first-time sellers but because of serge, our home was able to sell in about 5 days! He also helped us purchase our brand new home, being there through each step, no matter how small. Cannot recommend him enough.

Serge went above and beyond with it came to selling my in-law's home. He met with them multiple times before putting it on the market, to discuss the process and what their options were. Serge provided great information and was always easy to get ahold of. Through the selling process, my in-laws were not the easiest and he took time almost weekly to answer any questions and provide appropriate paperwork. Serge would answer questions multiple times and never got frustrated; extremely patient. I would recommend Serge to anyone in the Charlotte area.
